Adrian Facer

Adrian is an Executive Director at Tenzing and leads our Management Consulting practice. He specialises in strategic and business planning, business process improvement and corporate performance management. Adrian has led and participated in many successful projects including business transformation and technology implementations. In addition to technical expertise, Adrian’s experience provides a sound understanding of the change required to achieve successful and sustainable project outcomes.

Prior to joining Tenzing, Adrian gained commercial experience at organisations in New Zealand and the U.K. Adrian has held leadership roles at both corporate and line management levels, with responsibility for managing strategic & business planning and finance & accounting operations.
