Hilary’s 15+ years of Management Consultacy experience has specialised in Strategy /Operating Model Development; Business Transformation; Project Management; and Business Process Optimisation across both public and private sectors.
Hilary has an MBA (Victoria University, Wellington), and is a certified SAFe (Scaled Agile) Scrum Master.
