Insurance Business Process Design

A key component to the successful delivery of a Guidewire implementation is ensuring that new and existing processes can fit seamlessly into the new business environment. Over time, particularly in a legacy system environment, a large number of manual and duplicate business processes accumulate and these must be re-engineered to fit the new suite of applications.

In a more greenfields implementation, business processes can be modelled closely on the out-of-the-box functionality of the Guidewire applications but in some situations this is not always possible. Tenzing has many years’ experience in the insurance domain and our team of business analysts and developers are fully conversant with the requisite insurance processes that underpin claims, policy administration and billing and so can assist in all areas of re-engineering and overhauling of existing business processes and the requisite support through the sign-off process.
